- Slow pace in many departments, saw lots of people playing solitaire and on Facebook during the day. - Reactive senior management, dealing with the next crisis without tackling or resolving the problems causing them. - Low pay for London for perm but lots of high paid contractors? - Big inefficiency and resistance to removing the inefficiencies. - Very slow or no decision making. Paralyses change sometimes. - Technical debt and historical under investment in current products, but was getting better. - Influential director has a very bullying attitude.
