Some people are great to work with and they do have a good diversity, equity and inclusion focus.
Kontras
Very toxic workplace with zero regard for people. Unpredictable senior management where you think you have support and next meeting, you get thrown under the bus. Definitely not psychologically safe to speak up. No competition for them so massive lack of innovation. Starting there, you’ll feel like you stepped 15 years back in time. Incredibly rigid.
