      Pros

      Pretty good experience and training in digital marketing. The location is great too.

      Kontras

      Not much structure in the role. Pay and benefits are pitiful. Most employees are college grads looking for experience and then moving on. As a result, there is a lot of turnover because pay and benefits are way below market.

      -Low hourly compensation -I pursued work with the agency with hopes to learn from senior level staff, but I didn't feel like I learned anything. My work was solo / siloed, and critiques were usually along the lines of, "Nice job, all done."
