SEEK Asia : A breach of confidentiality??? - Senior Manager bei SEEK: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There was a recent Engagement Survey, which all employees took and it was given the assuring that it was confidential in the emails they sent. The results are out and it was not a great result but okay. Howevrr, in a recent meeting... There was this one Executive who said that they can narrow down to who commented what in the survey. So, if they can do that, then where is the confidentiality, which was assured by the CEO. This is so disappointed because you broke the trust of the people. If this the case, then the next engagement no one should do.
