- Great pay - unlimited sick days - endless perks - good choice of bread and cereal

The product/tech department is bloated. Too much middle management and people getting hired that don't actually do anything, except create more pointless meetings to justify their existence, hence it takes forever for anything to ever get pushed to production. People boast about how busy they are with their meetings, yet they are the ones that create them and never produce anything. Definitely not agile. Also too much emphasis on political correctness, I literally had hour long meetings on how we could hire less middle aged white men in leadership positions. How about just hiring the best person for the job and leave it at that? The overly relaxed culture breeds complacency and I feel many people there are just in it for the money despite not really doing any thing of value but need to keep up the facade.
