Mediocre management. Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their egoistic judgement. Unethical charges to the client. Do not trust them and be careful. Blood sucking company, long work hours at minimum pay. Hire freshers from colleges for the hard work and paying the least possible. The manager controls everything, including appraisal based on favoritism and not on performance. Unethical work contract to threat employees not to leave. All of this results in an unprofessional team. It's also sad to say this is an unhygienic and unhealthy workplace. They speak bad about former employees. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.
