It operates as a boys' club, with top executives frequently embarking on extended golf trips, enforcing a strict no-working-from-home policy, and offering limited PTO. They made the decision to terminate a colleague facing major personal challenges, rather than allowing remote work, this reflects a lack of empathy. The absence of diversity is evident, and HR makes issues worse by breaching confidentiality through gossip about terminations. They also share private/personal info. Transparency is nonexistent, with employees being manipulated and used as pawns in a larger scheme. While it can serve as a valuable stepping stone for gaining experience in certain departments, it is not a conducive environment for long-term commitment.
