The university is in the midst of major administrative changes, currently changing how expenses are paid, new procurement system, and new financial management system. Only one of the three new systems that are being implemented, the procurement system, works properly. Not as easy to advance as one would think. Inconsistency across the university in: job titles/duties, work place flexibility, management styles
