Family-oriented flexible work environment, good benefits and a great team of staffers who are focused on doing their best. The administration has taken steps recently to show consideration and appreciation for staff. For instance during snow days and classes are cancelled staff no longer has to report to work.
Kontras
There should be more structured opportunities for staff members to learn and grow outside of enrolling in classes at the University. The tuition remission benefit is only 50% once you earn a certain amount. Parking is relentless and may times inflexible and punitive.
