good sales managers who wants you to win, good product, no micromanaging.

Kontras

selling websites and SEO in 2025 is pointless. You get paid like and SDR, and have full SDR responsiblities (40-60 cold calls a day, 90% self sourced pipeline) but have an AE quota. It's extremely hard to hit quota if you don't get sent to trade shows. No inbound leads, you'll mostly be cold calling years old lists that have been hit dozens of times. Top rep has never cracked 100k.

Pros

Evolving products and technology that is better than the competition make it easy to sell! Great team and co-workers. After 1-2 years 6 figures is very achievable if you put in the work. Pipeline makes it easier to make more every year.
