Very stable business, compared to the car side of motorsports. No layoffs in the winter, and steady workload throughout the year. High employee retention. Clean workplace. Uniform shirts are provided. Luncheons, birthday celebrations and company wide events are relatively frequent, maybe 2 a month on average. Cool factor of working in motorsports, and your work is on TV.
