If things get too hard you can walk out on your team at the busiest time of the year, and have management beg you to come back. You will then be rewarded with a bigger bonus than the team you walked out on.

Toxic and aggressive management. Bring treated like school kids, yelled at for talking to fellow team members. Micromanagement is very high in this company. Preaches the Rotork DNA but management will not follow this, example, person walks out on team and is rewarded for coming back. Absolute joke.
