We agree. It's time for our old CRM system to go away and our IT team has spent the past 14 months aggressively engineering a state of the art system that will be implemented next month. Time and again, we've seen branch offices completely transformed as they become better at understanding and using the metrics to better their performance. Our end goal is for people to be on a winning team and succeed. As far as administrative help ... right this moment, there is an Experience Coordinator in the Baltimore office who handles the administrative duties and answers phones for that team. We have a solid business model that helps every office build their teams to include Experience Coordinators. Your anonymous review indicates that this is based on a former employment experience so it's possible that Baltimore was not aligned with the business model at that time?
