And, even though all other employees have the option of a 9/80 Flex Schedule except managers, it's why we award RAD Days to managers and provide several floating holidays for them to choose from. We agree that being a manager at Roth Staffing Companies is the most demanding role in the organization - and yet, the most rewarding in many ways. You're also right in that we can never say thank you to our managers enough and will do our best to shower them with even more praise and recognition.
