Monthly changes to policies. Higher ups will toy with your responsibility list like its a game. Every change in policy will be dispatch's fault and enforced by write-up threats. At the end of the day you're a scapegoat. I've seen at least four people in my department alone get blamed and punished for something that was ultimately out of their hands. Your hard work wont get noticed, only your slightest setbacks. Schedules change regularly, be prepared to sacrifice your personal schedule at their whim.
