Rokt is the kind of place where you can grow fast if you're willing to put in the work. I've built my way up to senior leadership over my time here, that kind of trajectory doesn't happen without real investment from the company in its people. This was my first job out of undergrad, and I have already been promoted, given raises, and more! The team is also super positive with each other. Everyone is always thankful for the work you do! Rokt is extremely fast-paced, and this isn't for everyone. However, if it works for you, than there is no better place to be. We are constantly learning, pushing ourselves, and doing it all at lightening speed.
