      Terrible management! They are treating us terrible. Because of tip pool the pay is terrible compared to how much you have to do. Mentally exhausted every day!

      All team members work really hard and are dedicated to make RDG #1. Learning and Development is a large focus which is great for professional development. HR team takes time to reflect on how to improve morale and strives to ensure the work environment is safe and equitable. Expectations are high so you must be on time and ready to perform at your best. You will work with a great group of people and have the ability to make an impact since this is a growing brand.
