Good opportunities for training, especially because they accept those with no EV experience. For lower levels the pay is higher than competitors. Good benefits. No tools needed.

Kontras

Management run skeleton crews and ask a lot from the employee they have rather than hire more employees. Frequent layoffs. Job doesn't feel safe.
