Management does not address physician concerns about physician-well being. Rather, they see stress as a weakness on the part of the physician. Excessive monetary fines for late documentation when workload makes it impossible to meet such demand. Obsessed with patient survey scores with total disregard for satisfaction of employees. High turnover rate among staff, causing much disruption. A ton of narcissism & sadism within administration.
