Very calm and respectful work environment. The company genuinely cares about employees as people, not just as resources. Workload is reasonable and well balanced, without constant pressure or unrealistic deadlines. Compensation is fair and payments are usually made on time. Even contractors and people working from other countries receive benefits, such as support for health-related expenses and gym or wellness programs, which is a big plus. Fully remote culture works well for those who value autonomy and flexibility.

Because the company is 100% remote, people who don’t adapt well to remote work may sometimes feel a bit disconnected or unsupported. More introverted employees might find it harder to naturally integrate with colleagues without actively making the effort. Occasionally, there can be misalignment or communication issues between creative leaders, which may lead to uncertainty and some rework. That said, this still falls within what is fairly common in creative teams and does not significantly impact the overall experience. In the past, there were moments of uncertainty at the company level that created a slightly tense atmosphere, but this has improved and the company feels more stable now.

Pros

Management is excellent. They leave space to do the work, interruptions are minimal, and meetings are rare. Rivalry should provide management training for other companies to follow. Coworkers are respectful, intelligent and helpful.

Kontras

I honestly can't think of any so I will say that the pay, while in line with the industry, could be a little better. Money, for me, isn't everything. Culture and how employees are treated are much higher on my list.

Pros

Great CEO who truly balances prioritizing the success of his people and the company Cool opportunity to work at the intersection of two fast growing categories - esports/gaming and online betting Company still small enough so you can come in at almost any level and have access to leadership, make your voice heard and shape the direction of the business. From an impact perspective, both internally and externally, the work you do definitely matters and will be recognized.

Kontras

Typical issues that come with a startup thats in transition which can be tough sledding for folks not used to that: questionable work/life balance, swiftly shifting priorities, direction from parts of leadership not alway clear, etc... There is a complete over reliance on slack and other channels for communicating important news/information which sometimes feels cold.
