Focus is more on constructive feedback with use of calm words so that other person learns from experience. Remote work from flexibility. Flexibility to manage work life balance. People are encouraged to plan their time so that they login and logout on time. Focus on getting good people in team who work as a team and not just getting the work done from anyone.
