Leadership at Rival IQ is respectful and supportive of work-life balance for everyone here. I've never worked at a company where we have a minimum vacation requirement (2 weeks btw) to make sure we're taking time out to regroup and refocus. No hard feelings when you're feeling under the weather and need to work from home (cuts down on getting sick from coworkers too!)
Everyone here is hard-working and friendly, and they often go out of their way to help you finish up projects. We're always testing things out. I've worked at a startup before, and this place has really gone out of their way to instill a positive, fun culture.
Weekly lunches and WFH on Fridays (Mondays too if you're an engineer) are a bonus!
