Pros

Leadership at Rival IQ is respectful and supportive of work-life balance for everyone here. I've never worked at a company where we have a minimum vacation requirement (2 weeks btw) to make sure we're taking time out to regroup and refocus. No hard feelings when you're feeling under the weather and need to work from home (cuts down on getting sick from coworkers too!) Everyone here is hard-working and friendly, and they often go out of their way to help you finish up projects. We're always testing things out. I've worked at a startup before, and this place has really gone out of their way to instill a positive, fun culture. Weekly lunches and WFH on Fridays (Mondays too if you're an engineer) are a bonus!

Thanks for the wonderful comments. Great to hear the focus on balance is appreciated. WFH on Monday's now for the entire team now too! Will need to work on the happy hour participation!

Pros

- The founders are truly fantastic human beings. They care deeply for their staff and want everyone to feel that they are a part of something. - The product is great and there is a huge focus on shipping features and updates so that it's always improving. - Excellent work/life balance, flexible work days, WFH policies - Great benefits and PTO. I had used 4 weeks of PTO when I had a family emergency in Australia and they insisted that I fly home for 10 days and not worry about work. It was incredibly kind and made me feel valued.

Kontras

- There was a little bit of turmoil when I was there due to some old-school marketing/sales leaders who are no longer at the company. I don't believe that's an issue anymore. - Competitors have a lot of cash to burn and don't hesitate to do so, which can make marketing a little difficult.
