Really no cons with this company. I have worked for several other companies and Ritz definitely is the best I have ever been with

These people tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Remote work/flexibility- they say they’re all for it, even the owner comes in at 9 and leaves at 3. But anyone else who isn’t there 7-5 must not be working and they guilt you and in some cases make you use PTO for time away from the office Health insurance - average but no contribution to HSA by employer 401K- they tell you your eligible to contribute after 1 year employment… it’s actually 1 year plus waiting for the open enrollment which only occurs in January & July. And they aren’t honest with this info PTO- reasonable enough, but see above. And they expect that if you have to leave early the time gone is PTO (could be as little as 1/4 hour) Paid Holidays- a Govt contractor that doesn’t follow Govt holidays…. The day after thanksgiving is a PTO day…. Enough said? Every email and calendar invite, the owners want to be cc’d, they chime in days later to change plans and micromanage every process. But then also complain about all the emails they have to read.. Oh and when, when you quit, be ready to have to fight for what they owe you.
