Pros

It's a absolutely employee friendly environment. Guidance team and the employees enjoy the same working status. All the staff are entitled to make any decisions to please guests without any preauthorisation from managers as long as it's reasonable. Highly recommend to someone who wants to start their career in a 5 star hotel. You definitely will feel proud to be part of Ritz-Carlton.

Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

Kontras

The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
