No sense of a safe place, HR does not help you, nor do they care what's being done in each department. The turn over rate is ridiculously high. Management and HR do not care about your well being, happiness, or health. Managers do not give vacation time when requested its all up to the "business need". Managers do not respect when employees draw the line. No set shifts Managers do not support their teams and do not want to hire more employees for the work load. Legitimate concerns and complaints from employees are brushed off.
