hybrid schedule, nice staff, central location in the city

Kontras

No communication between departments, no training for new associates, unclear expectations and no opportunities for growth or progress. Turnover is so high for a reason, which is ineffective and toxic management. Management makes it evident that their employees are not important to them, salary is not impressive and there are no bonuses available.
