CEO runs office out of parents' office basement and is verbally abusive and overtly disrespectful, just like them. Fires people on a whim and has angry fits at least once a day. And threatens to sue practically everyone, including employees. As if that weren't bad enough, he makes his personal matters your problem. One of the highest turnover rates I have ever seen, as if there's any confusion why. This was the most hostile, negative, disrespectful, unhealthy, no boundaries environment I or anyone I know has ever worked in.
