You sign your life away to their auction schedule, no matter the weather. Great for young people, can be hard with a family. Specifically at the North East site, the ROM is a micro-managing, manipulative tyrant. Either march to his drumbeat or be discarded. Beware of his little drummer boy with the mustache; he is untouchable & will throw anyone under the bus to save himself. Constant turnover at this site, you must have thick skin. Other sites are not the same, employees tend to stay and are happier. Good luck!
