Pros
Coworkers at the individual contributor level are genuinely kind. The company used to have strong benefits such as unlimited PTO and a flexible/hybrid schedule. However, starting in 2026, these benefits were removed by the CEO with no transition period. The culture today is nothing like it was years ago.
Kontras
The overall environment is chaotic and disorganized. Leadership is highly reactive rather than strategic, starting from the top. Communication is often unclear, and employees are expected to constantly adapt to shifting priorities without proper guidance. There is a strong blame culture here, where accountability is not consistently demonstrated at the leadership level and responsibility is often pushed downward. Employees are expected to operate in ambiguity while still being held to unrealistic expectations. Most concerning is that employees are not always treated with the level of professionalism and respect one would expect from a growing company, or any company. This creates a stressful and at times, toxic work environment. Job security feels unstable, and turnover is very high, which impacts team stability. There is also little to no emphasis on employee development, with a stronger focus on short-term business priorities over investing in people.
