highly NOT recommended for those who seek a meaningful career/professional designation, mentorship, or just a trustworthy/good faith employer. Not a recommended healthy work environment for long term work and/or for developing young/next generation workers. company still partially runs on an old fashion model, with the old school nepotism and hierarchy, priority parking spots...(yes still exists..), zero career/people development in certain departments and zero human rights compliance/knowledge share. personal feelings and biases, especially of those of "senior management", overrule basic operational policies and procedures, and sadly, overrule general good faith and integrity. way below average benefit package, little to cover, more out of pocket.
