There is just none! Maybe BBQ?

The salary is very low, even below average. A lot of favoritism A lot of backstabbers. No appreciation. Long hours, pay cuts, no increases. IT issues. Poor upper and middle management. The inhuman treatment of the employees that distinguishes this company No growth ability

Pros

The company is family owned and operated. Everyone works well together and the company cares about its employees.

The only downside was the compensation.

Pros

A culture of appreciation is front and center. Employees are given a full tour of our premises, which last 3 hours. After 3 months on the job, the CEO takes the time to get to know each employee's journey and what brought them to Rideau. Many programs in place: sustainable development policies and practices, LUFA farm biological fresh produce program, spring and winter on site car tire change program, health & wellbeing challenges, public transit incentive program, not to mention starting each meeting with a recognition moment! Strong social recognition platform in place where teammates can appreciate and recognize one another each day, including recognition training from the RMI recognition Management Institute.
