There are some very nice people but many of them do not stay here long.

Incompetent leadership at the directors level. Some of them do not have the basic knowledge of their responsible jobs. Few in key positions lack of proper management skill and technical problem solving ability. It is common to see people leaving. Management seems indifferent or does not know what to do. Abusive behavior by some leadership seems allowed by the top management.
