There's no micromanaging. We're trusted as adults to show up at our designated time and get our job done.
Kontras
There's no incentives, "raises" are laughable, every time they give us a raise, our medical premiums increase and we're left with nothing again. I'm convinced that upper management is just there to look pretty because they do near to nothing.
