Pros

Comparatively, it's a relatively easy role. KPIs aren't super difficult to hit, the people in my department are nice, WFH/ hybid situation is fantastic.

Kontras

The technology we use is dated/ always down for maintenance, the pay isn't great, leadership is behind the times.

Pros

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?
