Meeting sales goals can be hard in some territories. they need to look at the bigger picture sometimes. Commission structure needs to be reevaluated. No money in marketing only deals and take a lot of time to manage

Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?
