The culture at Revlon is fantastic, everyone is very kind and supportive. Revlon invest in training and development of their people. They arrange nice little events that bring everyone together and genuinely care about their employees. Flexible working with only two days in the office required and half day fridays all year round. Its been my favourite company to work for.

A bit behind the times with systems and processes. Investing in better technology and systems would benefit multiple departments and improve efficiencies.
