Minimal pay despite everyone working hard - Recreation Aide bei Revera Limited: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Only got minimal pay raise during pandemic due to Ontario mandate, granting an additional $2/hr. Zero support to staff provided for overcoming grief when many residents passed during Covid. They eventually hired professional therapists but only offered to management- who did not develop as meaningful relationships with former residents as the front line staff. Incredibly disappointing.
