Pros

I enjoyed working here in the beginning. The pay was nice and clients were nice.

I had a few coworkers who worked with me and after the whole lawsuit debacle was starting, they started letting go of workers without trying to find them new clients like we were promised if we ever lost our client. My client just disappeared and I was sent an email that almost felt aggressive on if I had a new client. How would I know any new clients from them on my own? It is all confidential until you are accepted by the client. I'm sure I'll be let go soon as well, but they also removed my client in the middle of my workweek and told me the day of that I could no longer have hours with no notice. Makes it hard when it was also on my normal weekend going into their weekend. It left my client with no help for 3 days. Also in the state of Oregon training it had a training video that put lgbtqia+ section in the disability video. Almost sounded like to everyone who saw it that they were saying it was a disability. Kinda weird. Also many phone calls while working with clients from them and on days off. Kinda felt like I never had a moment for myself even if I wasn't clocked in.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, you give them your availability and they try and find clients that have similar schedules.

Kontras

The training did not feel 100% complete, most things are taught remote.
