Leadership is very accessible and friendly, work is stimulating and impactful, small teams lead to numerous leadership opportunities, travel is very reasonable for a consulting company (<50%), solid compensation, true meritocracy when it comes to promotions, very talented / gifted employees resulting from a very stringent recruiting process

Tight policies around working from home and workplace attire, though I understand they are loosening some of these expectations; looking to double in size which could potentially compromise their small company culture
