They recently let go top management to cut corners, creating an unstable working environment. Some of those people had been with the company for over a decade. Three women ultimately run the company, bullying and calling the shots. Their best people have already left the company. As a long term employee, I am looking outside of the company too. An HR individual stated that the company is geared toward creating more flexibility for working parents, but what we’re seeing are remote workers that are hardly working. Add this and the uncertainty of the AI model, goals are not being met and the company’s future is questionable.
