- Management is incredibly jumpy; you might have to change your priorities every 2 weeks and drop a task in the middle to start something else. In terms of making progress towards goals, I have perceived some stagnation in the latter half of joining the company. I was not able to ship much work successfully. - Leadership team is anxiety-ridden because of pressure to make revenue and expects the employees to act accordingly. It's hard to work in a calm and collected way - High standards and harsh performance ratings, mediocrity is not enough to stay at Resourcify. This results in a lot of fluctuation - A lot of tech debt, lack of documentation, domain knowledge goes missing as soon as employees leave - During my time at Resourcify, I heard of multiple people who went on sick leave due to high stress and/or burnout, including people who left the company due to burning out. There is a tendency of workaholism and cutting headcount while distributing the workload on fewer people - The founders do not have prior founding experience and do everything for the first time. Due to this lack of seniority, their behavior is sometimes not the most strategic and feedback and its delivery can be unprofessional
