The upper management is not mature or experienced and highly partial. Lack of long term business vision. Company facing severe financial crisis and laying off people indiscriminately. The revenue numbers shown in media and internally are highly inflated (>50%), most of the revenue is also at loss with 0 value add. There are also alleged cases of fake invoicing. Overall not a good workplace.
