Flexible work schedule, company really cares about it's customers and employees, innovative work culture, a number of the positions allow for remote work, unlimited PTO is also pretty sweet.
Kontras
Leadership needs to work on communication with everyone: making sure everyone is aware of any major issues or plans for the future. I think they're getting better about this and about managing people well.
