The india leadership lacks adequate understanding of the product and platform, which directly affects the quality of the support. Leadership is driven by internal politics and favoritism, creating a toxic and unhealthy work environment. Work–life balance is consistently ignored. Leaders deliberately create unnecessary pressure and situations that increase stress for the team. Micromanagement is excessive. Leaders appear to be focused more on targeting and controlling employees than on providing direction, building a healthy culture, or improving customer outcomes. Working in this team severely impacts mental health, leading to high stress levels and frequent sick leave. Sick leave is only considered acceptable for hospitalization or complete physical incapacity. Mental health and stress-related issues are not recognized as valid reasons, despite the company publicly promoting employee wellness.
