Leadership tries to say people here are hungry, humble, and smart. Most people are one of those things. Some are 2. Maybe a handful are all 3.
50% of middle management is not humble and kinda full of themselves. They talk trash or tattle on you to make themselves look better to upper management. It's wild. Favoritism is rampant.
The other 40%? Not the brightest, so you’re stuck doing their job too.
And the last 10%? They actually know what they’re doing but aren't recognized because they aren't out here trying to flex on everyone.
