Pros

Some people are nice and want the best for you

Kontras

Management in finance sucks and they do not know what they want. They will overload you with tasks without training. People in this department walked out in three weeks. This place will give you panic attacks and you will feel sick. Management doesn’t understand how the work is actually done or the amount it takes. They do not care for you and if someone quits you’re on the line to do their work as well. You don’t really have a work life balance. No music and depressing place ever. THIS PLACE IS TOXIC UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE DON’T TAKE A JOB HERE.

Pros

- Talented colleagues who genuinely care about their work - Opportunities to learn and take on responsibility - Exposure to meaningful work in controlled environmental monitoring

Kontras

- Leadership changes created instability across the company - Abrupt decisions being made without clear communication or consideration of long-term impact - Continuous organizational changes made it difficult to build momentum or feel secure in your role - Employee appreciation felt minimal; efforts often went unnoticed or undervalued - Promised bonuses were retracted due to “company performance,” which damaged trust - Layoffs were poorly communicated and left many employees blindsided - Lack of work–life balance: It was common to return Monday morning to numerous weekend emails demanding updates, reports, and quick turnaround tasks, creating an expectation of being “always on.” - False hope and empty promises: Employees were repeatedly told that positive changes, resources, or rewards were coming, but these commitments rarely materialized - Low morale across the board: Constant pivots, unclear direction, and inconsistent leadership made it difficult for teams to stay motivated or confident in the company’s future
