Pros
I have been working at RPS for almost a year now. The team itself are great to work with - there is a team atmosphere and all hands to the deck when required. The management have an open approach and if you have a good idea they will go with it - in fact they encourage you to have ideas and try and look at how we can do things differently and more efficiently. Wherever possible they will promote from within and again encourage current staff members to apply for their next advancement. We are expanding and winning lots of new business so there are also opportunities for those that want to join a Professional Services Company who truly have a work life balance without effecting the service we provide.
