While the percentage you provided does not match our historical turnover data, we do appreciate the team members you mentioned that continuously step up to ensure Reed is continuously innovating and elevating the construction industry. To make sure that everyone has a voice in improving organizational issues, we have implemented mandatory quarterly departmental strategic planning sessions. These sessions have not only given a voice to each employee but ensures that they are able to support Reed in achieving major company goals.
