No salary increments for years, bonuses were low, and employee benefits were lacking, which affected motivation. 3. Frequent retrenchments happened with unclear communication from management, causing uncertainty among staff. 4. HR occasionally made mistakes with allowance payments, and employees had to repeatedly follow up for updates and corrections. 5. Annual leave was often rejected due to understaffing and manpower shortages. 6. QA management was harsh and unprofessional at times, which created an uncomfortable working environment - pointing out simple mistakes. 7. There was a lack of empathy toward employees taking medical leave, making staff feel uncomfortable for being on MC.

Pros

This has been an amazing rollercoaster full of growth, opportunities, and more. It is a face paced company that is really strives to succeed and wants its employees to do the same. While I’m newer to the company, I feel fully supported by my peers and leaders.

Pros

- Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking. - Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative - Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly - Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects. - My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.
