Pros
Most of the people at the production level are talented and dedicated to their craft. Work/life balance is good depending on which Producer you work under. Not a bad place to start your career and get your name on some big titles owned by other studios.
Kontras
Upper management is passive. Red Storm has enough talent at the production level to be a great Ubi studio but the people in upper management are tuned out with an antiquated idea of the industry. There's little to no investment in career growth and what exists is a formality. They do it because other top studios do it, not because they care about the staff's growth. There's no path or plan for the studio's future and making other Ubi studio's games is the only reason they haven't shut down. Half of the Producers are damaging morale and the projects. They don't communicate a clear plan to the team, make random changes to production process and micromanage the leads in areas well outside their knowledge. Pay is lower than the industry and local standards.
